Steps to Enrollment
Applications are submitted online by going to our website: www.umcnurseryschool.com then clicking on the tab New Family and going to How to Apply. There is a non-refundable $60 application fee per application.
Our classes are filled using a lottery system with Current families getting priority, followed by Alumni, and then New families.
The application will be available online on January 10, 2020. This is an Initial Enrollment Form, as there are additional documents and online forms that will need to be completed.

Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Membership chairs will maintain waitlists for each class and notify you if space becomes available.
We will notify you via email whether your child has been accepted in a class. If you receive an acceptance letter via email, this is a commitment by UMC Preschool that your child has a place in that class. To secure your child’s place in the class a non-refundable payment equal to one month’s tuition will need to be paid within 7 days of notification.
Deadlines for the 2020/21 school year:
Current/Alumni Families, notified by January 6, 2020, deposit due January 13, 2020, full completed application with all forms due January 31, 2020
New Families, notified by February 3, 2020, deposit due February 10, 2020, full completed application with all forms due February 28, 2020.
We will do our best to accommodate Co-op status requests on a first come first serve basis, based on the needs of the classroom and teachers. We cannot guarantee your first choice co-op status but we will let you know as soon possible if there are any conflicts there.
We will email you a packet of enrollment forms (upon your acceptance) to be completed after you are notified of your spot (see dates above listed under Deadlines). We must receive this application fully completed on the date requested to ensure your spot, with immunization records, physician reports, etc. Please begin that process as soon as you receive your forms to ensure timely completion.
